How do I book?

What is a first booking?
— A first booking is a quotation inquiry on a selected accommodation.
— No waste of time. As soon as we receive your first booking, one of our customer managers will treat your inquiry, check the accommodation availabilities and will send you a complete quotation.
What should I do when receiving my estimate?
I can reply to Villa-Marrakesh by email or call them on the phone, and confirm or not the booking. If I do confirm, Villa-Marrakesh will send me a Reservation Form and a copy of the Rental Policy. After reading and accepting both documents, I will confirm my order and choose my payment method among the ones below.
What are the payment methods for my accomodation?
3 different methods:
— By phone (The most user-friendly): After Villa-Marrakesh receives my reservation form, they will contact me to obtain my bank details.
— By fax (the most administrative): I just need to print the form I filled-in and signed and send it to Villa-Marrakesh by fax with my bank details.
— Others: If I choose to make a bank wire transfer, I will tell Villa-Marrakesh my bank details.
Why would I favor the credit card payment?
It’s the fastest way to book my file. The payment is taken off my credit card only when I have definitely confirmed my booking. I avoid any postal service problem and the payment is safe.
Can I pay in Marrakesh?
Villa-Marrakesh recommends you to contact their customer manager before coming to Marrakesh.
What happens once I have sent my reservation form?
My order is received by the booking service. After Villa-Marrakesh has checked the form, my booking is definitively confirmed.
How long is the treatment of my order?
Usually, one working day. Villa-Marrakesh tries to avoid getting over 48h. (Just for information and not contractual)
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
I will receive an e-mail or a fax that informs me that my booking is confirmed.
What happens when my booking is confirmed?
My file is sent to Villa-Marrakesh’s accounting department. During the next 48h, I will receive a payment or bank wire transfer confirmation on my e-mail address.
May I extend my stay?
If the accommodation is free, I may stay longer. If I do decide to extend my stay, I must contact the “welcoming customer” executive.
How long before my departure may I extend the stay?
I can book my stay until the day I was to leave if the Villa or Riad is not booked by anyone else.
